The UCSB Wind Ensemble presents its fall quarter concert, "America Under Construction".
This concert features music by Charles Ives, Ursula Kwong-Brown, Dmitri Shostakovich, John Frantzen and Robert W, Smith. the concert is conducted my Music Director, Andy Radford.
