The UCSB Middle East Ensemble presents its formal Winter concert, with special guest dancers, Sultana and Nilay, and guest singer, Mojdeh Roufeh. In addition, Bahram Osqueezadeh leads an extended set of Persian music, with Javid John Mosadeghi as solo vocalist. We also present songs and dance from Egypt, Turkey (Alexis Story Crawshaw, vocalist), and Kuwait.
