 NVC) Finals on Thursday\, May 23rd at 2:30PM\, in Corwin Pavilion on the UC
 SB campus. The NVC Finals will highlight the business ideas of six student 
 teams who will make an investor pitch to a panel of independent judges. We 
 invite you to attend the pitches\, vote for your "Peoples Choice" favorite\
 , and stay for the awards ceremony. Winners will be announced following the

 g you on May 23rd!!\n\nAbout the New Venture Competition Finals:\n\nThe NVC
  Finals are part of UC Santa Barbara's New Venture Program\, in which stude
 nts from all academic disciplines work for several months to develop innova
 tive start-up business plans. The Finals showcases UCSB's best and brightes
 t aspiring entrepreneurs in a Shark Tank-like event\, judged by a panel of 
 independent judges. The New Venture Fair and NVC Finals have become signifi
 cant events in the local entrepreneurship ecosystem.
