This intensive, 2-day program is designed to establish core supervisory skills and competencies. Participants will explore techniques and strategies across critical management domains, including:

• Communication: Fostering clear, effective dialogue
• Motivation: Inspiring and engaging direct reports
• Leadership: Mastering effective meeting facilitation and delegation
• Time Management: Optimizing personal and team productivity
• Coaching: Providing developmental guidance for improved performance
• Change Management: Effectively facilitating organizational transition

Participation in both days is required to receive full credit.

SUPERVISORS and NON-SUPERVISORS are welcome.
