About this Event
This 2-day course is designed to enhance the critical management skills required to navigate and resolve complex employee relations matters. Gain knowledge and strategies necessary to effectively address the most common workplace issues, including performance management, attendance, and professional conduct. We'll also cover the principles of progressive discipline and various forms of corrective action, enabling supervisors and managers to foster a productive and supportive work environment. Participation in both sessions is required to receive full credit.
