Staff Community Building Circles

In partnership with the Restorative Justice Program, the Staff Engagement Workgroup invites you to pause, connect, and recharge by joining a Staff Community Building Circle this Winter. These circles offer a supportive space for campus staff to share experiences, listen to diverse perspectives, and strengthen our sense of community. Through guided dialogue, participants will have the opportunity to connect, reflect, and collaborate - fostering a more inclusive and understanding environment for everyone.

Spring Quarter Topic: Appreciation & Recognition
Join us as we explore meaningful ways to show appreciation—not just to those around us, but to ourselves as well. We’ll take a deeper dive into how we can better recognize the incredible work we do, both inside and outside the office. Let’s make time to celebrate each other and our collective impact!
